SIMalliance Welcomes New Member XH Smartcard

The membership expansion also reinforces SIMalliance’s role as the global reference organisation for the SE industry. Increased industry engagement enables SIMalliance to strengthen its efforts to promote the development of an open and interoperable SE ecosystem in order to accelerate the deployment of secure mobile services.

Since it was founded in 2008, XH Smartcard (Zhuhai) Co. Ltd has established itself as a prominent Chinese manufacturer of smart card products including contact, contactless and dual interface cards. Its business activities cover many markets and technologies, including banking and EMV migration, telecoms, public sector, M2M, NFC and RFID. In 2013, it reported SIM exports in excess of 250m and it has commercial partnerships covering more than 50 countries worldwide.  Current operations span South Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America.

Mr He ShuJun, CEO of XH Smartcard (Zhuhai) Co.
