Kongresstickets

Veranstaltungsort ist das Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade. Jeder(r) Teilnehmer(in) erhält Kongressunterlagen, Zugang zur Online-Bibliothek mit den von den Referenten zur Verfügung gestellten Präsentationen, Zugang zur Ausstellung sowie Teilnahme an allen Veranstaltungen des Kongresses. Pausenverpflegung, Mittagessen sowie Abendbuffet sind Teil der Kongressleistung.
Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, inhaltliche wie personelle Änderungen des Programms vorzunehmen.

Ein Teilnehmerticket gilt für jeweils nur eine Person und für die gesamte Zeit des Kongressprogramms (20. bis 22. Januar 2020). Ein Teilnehmerticket ist nicht teilbar und kann nicht von mehreren Personen genutzt werden.

Die Frühbuchergebühr gilt für Buchungen bis einschließlich 20. November 2019 und bei Zahlung der Teilnahmegebühr innerhalb von 21 Tagen.

Stornierungen sind nur in schriftlicher Form gültig. Bei Stornierungen bis zum 25. Dezember 2019 wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von Euro 100,- zzgl. MwSt. erhoben. Bei Stornierungen nach dem 25. Dezember 2019 werden 40% der in Rechnung gestellten Teilnahmegebühr zzgl. MwSt als Stornogebühr erhoben. Bereits überwiesene Teilnahmegebühren werden umgehend abzüglich dieser Bearbeitungsgebühr rückerstattet. Bei Stornierungen nach dem 13. Januar 2020 wird die gesamte Gebühr fällig. Selbstverständlich kann ein(e) Vertreter(in) benannt werden. Vertreter(innen) sind schriftlich zu benennen.

Reservierte Zimmer im Kongresshotel, für die keine schriftliche Stornierung bis mind. 30 Stunden vor 8:00 Uhr des Anreisetages eingegangen sind, berechnet das Hotel dem Gast eine übliche No-Show-Gebühr in Höhe von 90% des Zimmerpreises.

Partnerpakete

Die Leistungen des Veranstalters entsprechen den in den Paketen genannten sowie in den Buchungsbestätigen wiederholten Leistungen und werden im Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade erbracht. Darüber hinaus erhält jede(r) Teilnehmer(in) separat Kongressunterlagen, Zugang zur Online-Bibliothek mit den von den Referenten zur Verfügung gestellten Präsentationen, Zugang zur Ausstellung sowie Teilnahme an allen Veranstaltungen des Kongresses. Pausenverpflegung, Mittagessen sowie Abendbuffet sind Teil der Kongressleistung.
Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, inhaltliche wie personelle Änderungen des Programms vorzunehmen.

Stornierungen sind nur in schriftlicher Form gültig. Partnerpakete können bis zu 50 Tage, Möbelbestellungen bis zu 20 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn kostenfrei storniert werden. Danach muss die volle Gebühr in Rechnung gestellt werden. Die Rechnungssumme ist bis 5 Wochen nach Buchung fällig.

Congress Tickets

The exhibition venue is the Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade. Every participant will receive the conference documentation and will be entitled: to access the online library containing the presentations made available by conference speakers, to access the exhibition, and to take part in all conference events. Refreshments during the breaks, lunch and the evening buffet are also included in the conference services. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme in respect both of content and of personnel.

A conference ticket is valid for one person only, for the duration of the conference (20th to 22nd January 2020). A single conference ticket cannot be shared by different persons and is not transferable.

The early booking discount applies only if registration is completed on or before 20th November 2019, and only if payment is made within 21 days.

Cancellations will be accepted only if made in writing. In the case of cancellations made on or before 25th December 2019, a service charge of EUR 100 plus VAT will apply. In the case of cancellations made after 25th December 2019, the cancellation fee will be 40 per cent of the conference participation fee as stated in the invoice + VAT. If the fee has already been paid, it will be refunded directly less this cancellation fee. In the case of cancellations after 13th January 2020, there can be no refund. In this case, it will of course be possible to appoint an alternative participant. The names of alternative participants must be communicated in writing to the conference organisers.

Unless a written cancellation for rooms reserved in the conference hotel is received at least 30 hours before 8 a.m. of the scheduled date of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest the usual no-show fee of 90 per cent of the price of the room.

Partner Packages

The scope of the services provided by the organiser correspond to the services described in the packages and restated in the confirmation of registration. The said services will be provided at the Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade. In addition, each participant will separately receive the conference documentation and will be entitled: to access the online library containing the presentations made available by conference speakers, to access the exhibition, and to take part in all conference events. Refreshments during the breaks, lunch and the evening buffet are also included in the conference services. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme in respect both of content and of personnel.

Cancellations are valid only if made in writing. Partner packages can be cancelled free of charge up to 50 days before the beginning of the conference. Orders for conference furniture can be cancelled free of charge up to 20 days before the beginning of the conference. In the case of cancellations made later than this, the full fee will be charged. The conference fee is to be paid no later than 5 weeks after booking.
