NXP Semiconductors Appoints Sir Peter Bonfield as Chairman of Supervisory Board

Sir Peter also worked directly in the semiconductor industry during his sixteen year tenure as a divisional director at Texas Instruments Inc, for whom he held a variety of senior management positions around the world. Sir Peter currently holds non-executive directorships at AstraZeneca Plc, LM Ericsson, TSMC, Mentor Graphics and Sony. He was knighted in 1996 for his services to industry.
